Bob W Hyde Park

Amazing location! The room was nice and spacious except for very little room between bed and bathroom. Small kitchenette had everything we needed. Loved all the small touches like the free tote bag, biscuits, etc. Great views from the 4th floor. Free luggage storage nearby with the Stasher App worked out great (they provide you with a code to use and then the service is free). Easy communication via WhatsApp and checkin and entering the house with the provided link worked really well.

It was an excellent experience to stay at Bob's W place for six nights. Room was neat and clean. It was calm and quiet outside and inside. There was quite a good hairdryer which is important for us，especially in the morning. Everything we needed was there just as in the description. Perfect location enabled us to explore London at the fullest. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes all aroundso no worries to have an early breakfast in the neighborhood. Underground station and bus stops within 3-5 minutes walk. I don't understand why people here complain about the size of the rooms. When you book, you can clearly see what is the exact siz. It's tiny but for this price, in this location and standard it's worth booking.

The hotel staff on site (particularly Ilaria), made my stay. Ilaria was kind, helpful and supportive as I was quite distressed with the overall check-in process and staying on the top floor with no elevator. The single room was small yet efficient. Overall this hotel is good for a couple nights if you want to be situated close to transportation for Heathrow Airport. Also Hyde Park is close by, which is always a bonus.

The stay had a lot of character and it made it feel much more comfortable and warm. The room did not feel like an empty shell with just the "bare minimum" requirements. It had a yoga mat (actually two), a instant film camera, a retro games console, wine glasses, a reusable water bottle to take around town with you, and plenty of other small things I might be missing. They have gone above and beyond just a simple hotel stay experience and it shows.
